Unable to find the +datashape option in the output tab after the execution of query or java script

Hello ,

 

In thingworx 9.3.8 version i am unable to find the + icon of the datashape  where we were able to create the datashape out of the result  after execution of any query or script ,

 

If i try to create the new datashape  then i will not get anything created in the fields definition .

Kindly help me out with this as soon as possible , if this issue is not solved then i can;t fetch any data to the mashup.

Hi @NH_shree,

Have you just upgraded your ThingWorx? I can see some raw information tokens at the place where the + icon is supposed to be.

You can try to clear the browser cache and re-do it again.
