@slangley ,

 

The yesterday's post was related to "azure-iot.bat" service is not running which has been resolved but I am stuck in importing Azure IoT devices from IoT Hub to ThingWorx i.e. step 4 of this link

You can close the earlier one but this query is different.

Hi @slangley,

 

The issue has not been resolved yet.

 

 It seems like the steps mentioned in the below link is not supported for TWX 8.4.4:-

One of my colleagues has completed these steps in TWX 8.3.

 

Could you pls confirm this if possible.

What steps from the guide are you having problems with?  Are you receiving any errors?  What do the logs show?
