Unable to run Sammy and getting below attached error. can anyone help ?

Hello @SwapnilP .
In order for the Sammy Tool to work you need to be able to login to the PTC eSupport site.
The online Documentation for "Sammy Desktop"

 

The screen capture from the web site seems to answer your question:
