Unable to show data on charts (Version 8.5 Trial)

I am trying to show infotable result on chart and mapped the respective service to chart.

When I am trying to specify the X-Axis properties,it's showing "No result found".

But the data is loading on grid. I have attached the respective screenshots.

Is it something like it's a bug or I am missing something.

Hi Raluca

 

It worked after tagging particular Datashape for the output. After doing that the fields are getting loaded.

Hi,

Set first X-AxisField, and afterwards X-axisinterval.

Thank you for the response.

I am trying to set X-axis field. Drop down is related to X-axis field itself not interval.

Hi,

 

Do you have any error in Application.log? Usually , you should see all fields in a drop-down list.

How many rows you have in the data you want to bind; do you have maybe specific types of data?
