Unable to upgrade Thingworx due to deadlocks

Hi,

 

The migration process (7.4.0-b159 to 7.4.19-b262) locked up itself, took 11 hours, then hang up and no progress

I wonder if there is any workaround, or by pass the migration process cause I know this migration does not change the Thingworx database schema.

 Hello Hung,

 

For an issue like this that will undoubtedly involve some investigation please open a case with PTC Technical Support on the PTC Support Portal so we can take a deeper look at the issue and evaluate the logs thoroughly.

 

This will be the most efficient way to provide a diagnosis and next steps so we can get you upgraded to 7.4.19.

My leader will open a case soon, thank you!

 

We tried once again tonight, disabled HA, route all incoming traffics to another server. Unfortunately, it is running for 4+ hours, and deadlock occurred after 2 hours running and locked up until now.
