Unable to View Scipt Functions in Services for a non administrator user

 I have Created a User . But not sure where permissions needs to assigned to view the Script Functions in the services Snippets Tab. Following screen shot is for the Non Administrator and Administrator user

Need some help to make necessary changes under non Administrator user to grant visibility permission to view Script Functions.

@Velkumar   The runtime and Designtime permissions are already in place for user Ashish. Still Script fucntions are not visible.

@ashishiot  Did you also assigned visibility permission to the user ?
