Unable to view the Mashups in thingworx8.1

Getting white screen while clicking the view mashup button in any created mashup and also unable to view the Thingworx in-built mashups like(Extension Manager Listing,logs,licencing subsystem etc).I am unable to view any mashup in Thingworx 8.1 version. 

getting below screen while viewing the mashups.

Is this on Internet Explorer browser? Then the compatibility mode could be turned on. ThingWorx does not support compatibility mode in IE. Have a look at this Article. Try opening the mashups in other browsers like Chrome or Firefox.

i am opening mashups in chorme only not in IE. my thingworx version is 8.1.

Check the logs and see if there is any error/warning:

- Tomcat logs

- /ThingworxStorage/logs/Application.log
