uninstall/install of trial Thingworx Analytics Server

I followed the instructions to uninstall Thingworx Analytics Server and then on the new install I get the following error:

There has been an error.

Unknown error while running/default/json_utils-configfile=/results-ms_report.json - property=version.

Any ideas how to fix this?
