Upgrading of ThingWorx 9.2.13 to 9.6 version

Hi all,

 

I want to upgrade ThingWorx version 9.2.13 to 9.6. I want recommendations, Guidance and also support. what are the possible ways and which one is the best approach?

The product help also shows you probably need to go from 9.2 to 9.3, then to 9.6 ("Supported Upgrade Paths")
