What is best practice for regular Thingworx backups?

Since few days ago I thought you have to do PG DUMP and backup ThingworxStorage folder and maybe also webapps/Thingworx. But I accidentally recovered only database and it looks like all came back as expected. Well, what a hell, so I tried to delete ThingworxStorage and whole Thingworx folder in webapps. After that, I started tomcat again and all gets magically recovered from database... all seems to work fine.

Can someone confirm that only database backup is sufficient from now on?

With the Postgres install, Entity Definitions and stored data is all in the Postgres database.

What isn't in the database are:

Logs

Files in File Repositories

installed extensions

In case of Extensions I am not so sure mine got all rebuilded from DB.
