I encounter the same problem with SSO and logout. Could you tell me what is .srf single logout url ?

Can you check if article CS249241 helps you determine the logout URL for the IDP.

We used what is recommended in this article ( CS249241) but it doens't work.

And we still don't know what is the

.srf single logout url .

Can you pls elaborate your query?

As far as I know Single logout URL enables users to logout from the identity provider and the service provider by logging out either one of them. This is basically used to enhace the security and adds comfort for the users that they do not need to manually logout from every application.
