What features or modules are included in this subscription?
If not purchase this one, can I use Kepware and Edge Java SDK? For example, download Kepware installation package, download Edge Java SDK, use Edge Java SDK to develop my applications, etc.

What is included in those packages is dependent on your contract and the number of the license - in the last years, Kepware was bundled with SCO, but is not anymore. Hence there is not one answer to this. I strongly recommend to contact your PTC Sales rep, they will be able to tell you what you are entitled to and what a current SCO offer would include.
For the SDKs I think you can use those without purchasing a license.
