When attempting to re-import the license file, the process completes with the status 'Ignored'

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.1 and DatecodeN/A

When attempting to re-import the license file, the process completes with the status 'Ignored' instead of 'Successful'. Please advise on why the license is not being re-imported successfully and how to resolve this issue.

Here are the errors that I faced

I am not sure what events took place that you are required to "re-import" the license file.
Can you provide the basic steps you followed and what step required you to re-import the license file.
