Where can I get EIHub Thingworx Industrial Gateway installation file?

I'd like to connect Rockwell MES, PharmaSuite data with Thingworx Server.

In my installation Thingworx component manual, it requests me Industrial Gateway zip package named "EIHub Thingworx Industrial Gateway.zip".

Could you help me how to get this package file?
