Where to find installer logs?

Hello

 

My thingworx installer is failing at the last step while waiting to connect thingworx and whenever it fails the folder structure is rolled back. I am trying to locate the errors but as soon as installer stop it delete all the folders .

Is there any specific location i can look for installer logs?

Hello @unknown ,

 

Generally ThigWorx locations are present at these locations:

  • <Install Location>\installer\logs\foundation-<date time>.log
  • <Install Location>\installer\foundation\local-mode-cache/cache/chef-stacktrace.out
  • <User Directory>\AppData\Local\Temp\bitrock_installer.log

 

Kindly revert back if issue is still present or you are not able to locate the logs.
