widgets functionality which worked well in one server is not working in another server for same proj

Same thingworx version 9.2.3 is installed in two different server. One is used as a developing and another one is used for testing purposes. The project exported in dev server is imported to validation server. The problem is some of the widgets functionality which worked well in dev server is not working in validation server. We facing this issue for long time.

What might be the reason?
