Annotations are not working in Huawei P30 LIGHT // Chalk

Hi all, 

 

I have a customer who´s using a Huawei P30, apparently he's not able to do annotations on the app while presenting his view, however when seeing somebody else view he can do the annotations. 

 

Is there any compatibility issues with Huawei? will this be fixed?

Hi Victor,

 

This is expected behavior. The Huawei P30 is not a supported device, so annotations may not work when using this device to share its view. For annotations to work, it is dependent on the device sharing its view. Please see this Help Center topic for more information.

 

With that said, we are actively working to expand our Android device support.
