Cannot Access Session Summaries

I am getting an error upon concluding a Chalk session that the session summary has been disabled by Admin. However, when I go into the account settings in the Admin Console, I can see that the check box for session summaries is enabled. Is there another place this is disabled from? What should I do?

Are you logged into the Chalk mobile app when you receive this message? Joining a Session without being logged in will result in the error message you received.
