Cannot connect SSO

When I put my email attribute to connect and test. I get an error: "There was an error while testing your identity Provider: The 'email' attribute mapping is incorrect."
Sometimes, it brings me to my company login page then this error occurs. Other times it goes directly to this error page.
Has anyone else had this issue?
