Chalk's work area
When the technician (also host) walk around in the office area after the initial scan of the area the expert received a message that drawing will be possible again when he is back in the help are.
- When someone joins a session he is asked to scan the environment. How far can we go here? The scenario below:
The operator calls an expert and we need to have a look at the server and the router.
Can the operator scan the 180° or do they need to do one by one?
- Can the help area be "reset" within the session? Means when the both participants of the call had a look at the server and then want to check the router, how can they switch?
