Chalk Trial works on customer's mobile, but not laptop
Hello,
A client recently downloaded a Chalk trial and is testing the software with a Realwear headset and mobile. They are running into recurring 'reconnecting' error messages when they attempt to connect to the Realwear or mobile from their laptop - however, the software functions perfectly when sessions are initiated between mobile phone and mobile or mobile phone and Realwear.
Are there security, network, or firewall settings that would be preventing the laptop from connecting to the session properly?
