Compatibility of Annotation mode in Vuforia Chalk for Huawei P Smart and Samsung Note 10+

Good morning,

 

Could you please tell me if the Annotation mode is compatible for the following smartphones (Huawei P Smart and Samsung Note 10+) ? 

And if not, when it is indicated in the Roadmap to be released?

Hi @yekaterina 

 

Neither of those devices are officially supported at this moment. You can try to use annotations on them by enabling Live Annotations under Settings within the Chalk app. There is a known issue with the Samsung Note 10+ not working with annotations as the 'local' user. We do not have a timeline for when this will be fixed at the moment. However, these devices should work with annotations if they are not the ones sharing their view.
