Question

Contacts listed as pending

Hi,

 

The contacts in list is showing as pending but those contacts have activated their chalk account. And one of the pending contact is able to make a chalk call to me but I am not able to call them back as it shows up as pending. 

 

Is there a way I can delete the contact add them again?

Or should I re-install Chalk on my phone?

I just Re-Installed the App, now it is working fine.

Hi Avinassh - sorry to hear about the confusing experience and glad you were able to self-resolve it.

 

This is a known issue. Until we make this improvement - the workaround if you find a Contact stuck in a "Pending" state is to delete the Contact and re-add them. You can do this by "swiping left" on your Contact List to reveal a "Delete" option (see screenshot).

 

This should be better than reinstalling the app.
