Host is enabled in admin panel, yet https://connect.vuforia.com/ does not recognize user as a host

We are just getting configured, have 5 users to host, have them set up in the admin panel, and have the box check for being a host, yet the site https://connect.vuforia.com/ does not recognize them as a host. Any advice or help?

A couple questions:

  • Are these users able to use the 'start session' option within the mobile app, or do they get an error? 
  • What, if any, error do the users receive after logging into https://connect.vuforia.com/ 
    • Are they able to get to this screen?
