Host license for partners

With my Vuforia Chalk partner license (Dedagroup Business Solutions - Italy) I cannot assign Host privileges (Host license capability).

Can I have it ?

Are you able to access the admin center? I do not see an active account for your org.

Absolutely YES, I have 8 registered people and it runs perfectly (without the possibility to assign Host privileges).

Our account should be referred to Dedagroup, or Dedagroup Business Solutions.

it is not a recent account: we activated it during the last year (or maybe before).
