HOw to get followup of Vuforia chalk activation mail?

I have registered my organisation for Vuforia chalk via google form provided by PTC for partners. I have filled the data 2 days ago but didn't got nay activation mail yet. 

At the end of form it was mentioned that you will receive activation within 48 hours.

yes, i got activation last week after consulting PTC partner manager on mail.
