I don't receive a 30-day Evaluation activation mail.

Hi team,

 

I got the evaluation mail on 1/3, but I still not receive the activation mail.

what should I do? Somebody can help me check what the problem is?

I have the same problem - wanted to try Chalk for 30 days and registration worked.

Received the message:

 

  • Watch for your activation email: Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email with instructions to activate your Vuforia Chalk account.

 

But the Email never appeared (waiting now since 4 days)

 

Can someone help me?

We apologize for the delay in the onboarding email getting to you. We are currently working through all the requests for Chalk. You should get your onboarding info soon. In the meantime, could you please check your junk/spam folder because sometimes it ends up there. If you couldn't find the activation email in the spam folder, please share your email id with which you have signed up for chalk.
