live annotation not avaliable on my session

Kindly advise me to these question, please.

1. Why did live annotation not avaliable on my session ?

2. If my customer bought this product, can we change from on-cloud to local server ?

3. When we can't draw on this session, how can we solve about it ? (My user not need to re-start session)

Looks like you may not be using a supported device. Can you verify which device you were using? You can find all supported devices listed here: https://chalk.vuforia.com/content/vuforia-chalk/en/download-chalk.html

 

For unsupported Android devices running Chalk, you can enable Live Annotations to try under the Chalk settings within the app. Enabling this may still not resolve the issue as unsupported devices have not been verified or tested and are not guaranteed to work. 

 

Chalk is SaaS and not available as an on-prem instance.
