Logging Capabilities

The users of the application would like to store information associated with the session:

they would like to write comments, what has been done,  and link them to the session (customer name, operator, date, time,  etc.)

In this way they can have a history/log of the activities with each specific customer.

Does PTC has this type of feature in plans?

Maybe associated in the Enterprise Management Tool?

    Hello @oparfon , Yes, PTC has a feature called Session Summary in Vuforia Chalk that allows users to store information associated with each session. Please refer to the article link -- https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS347791
