Does Chalk support Surface devices? I don't see that the Microsoft App store is supported but could they use the browser on a Surface and have limited capabilities for it?

Surface devices are not supported for use with the Chalk app. You can use Chalk for Desktop via a Chrome browser on the device. The limited capabilities here would be that the surface user would not be able to share their view.
