Network Issue

Hi everyone! One of the users of Chalk experienced issue with connectivity over the Vuforia Chalk application and getting message about poor network connectivity.

The tests are showing that the network is good in that particular area. I am attaching the document from Twilio Test.

Please comment on this issue and how to avoid it.

Twilio test looks good. What devices are being used? There is a known issue with iOS devices that is causing poor network connection issues even though the network is fine. Please try testing in A/V mode to see if the issue persists.
