Not able to draw annotations or drawings on mobile

I have installed a free version available of Vuforia chalk for demo purpose. Whenever I join call using the app to my colleague, the call connects well but for drawing purpose it always shows an error as "Drawing is disabled until user returns to the help menu".

 

Any suggestions as to how I can get this sorted and use Vuforia chalk application.

Hi @kinimandar ,

Thank you for using Vuforia Chalk!  Live annotations work well and are enabled by default for the below supported devices.

If the device you are using is not listed in the above supported devices, you may enable the live annotations under the Settings within the app. But it is not guaranteed that it works. Please let us know if you have any questions.
