Unable to provide host access to users on Bulk import for Chalk

I was able to create users using the bulk import.csv. After importing unable to activate hosting previleges. Need Help!

You should be able to select the user in the CAC and then enable the checkbox next to "Ability to Host Sessions".

We have added the user manually in the CAC but we are not getting the add as host checkbox.

Is there any setting that needs to be done?
