Unable to start a call

The Expert connected over the Desktop Version and shared the code with the Fronline Worker which uses IPhone 7 (IOS min ver.13.3.x, minimum 7 Gb Storage is free on the phone).
In Chalk Application in Settings Live Annotation are ON.
The internet connection is excellent. Nevertheless the callie got a message about the poor connection. And the calibration didn't start again (see attachment). What could be a reason?
Are there known issues based on incompatibility of Chalk Version with IOS Versions?
