Vuforia Chalk account issue

We’ve applied for the partner to demonstrate account and successes used it!

But I got a problem that we’re engineer account can’t add to our user's list as below picture:

And Email address is: hathan_chen@solomon.com.tw

Anyone can help me solve this problem?
