Vuforia Chalk - Error Accessing Web Admin Center

Hello all,

I have a customer who is adhering the Covid-19 program and is having issues accessing the Web Amin Center webpage.

When he is putting the credentials, he is receiving an error message saying "Temporary Password has expired and must be rest by an administrator".

How can we

Issue was resolved following these steps:

 

  • Select link in email invitation
  • Log into Chalk
    • If password is unknown, use the 'forgot password' option
    • Reset password
    • If  re-directed to the Admin Center, do not try to log in
    • Close window, go back to invitation email, select link again
    • Log into Chalk

Sounds like they may be having issues accepting their Chalk invite. Is this the Primary admin for an org, or just a basic user?

It is the Primary Admin. Then it's impossible for them to access and use the tool.
