3D-Image is not visible in Vuforia view app

Hi,

 

I have tried a dynamic interaction for my AR project. When I preview the project, it looks fine. But in Vuforia view the finger touch image (3D-Image) is not visible. I'm not sure whether the problem with my project or somewhere.

Can you share a small sample project highlighting this issue? What device are you using to view this experience? Perhaps the View logs may shed some light as to what the issue is. Here's an article on how to get your View logs for review: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS283816

If I remember correctly this is using a Shader and there are different version for Mobile and Hololens. So it may look ok in view but not on Hololens. Assuming I understand the questions
