3d images are not visible in vuforia view app. previously it was visible

I am using 3D images in my project. Till yesterday it was visible on view app but its not visible on view app today. but i can see its completely visible in preview mode

I had the same issue, restarting the Ipad solved it, maybe just restarting the view app will be enough?

Please specify which version of the program you are using.

I am using vuforia studio 9.03.4980 On Premise.

Also what i observed is on I phone 3d images are visible but on i pad its not

can you please help me to solve this?
