Are there any known issues running Vuforia Studio on Apple Silicon (M4)

Hello community,

 

I wonder if Vuforia Studio is supported on Apple hardware (for example a MAC mini) with an M4 CPU. Are there any known issues?

Hello @pjahn ,

the issue was reported to PTC R&D as Jira Ticket /Request VTS-2348. There seem that the team is trying to reproduce that - the first step to find such configuration for the test.

They asked when somebody who has the  platform to provide that info:

can you ask a customer who has that platform to start Studio from Terminal and send us any error log they might get?

open "/Applications/Vuforia Studio.app"

Every time when the user tries to start Studio only one line is added to the log:
