Auto configure error - server down?

Error validate info editor url, and "portal login" show this error? Is the server down?

    Hello @Syronix8678 , 

    To validate that the vuforia experience service is up and running, enter the following URL into a web browser

    • http(s)://<hostname>: <port>/ExperienceService/ping
      • This URL doesn't require authentication and should display "Ok" in the browser window
