Binding not working

Hello,

I am walking through the ThingWorx Studio Tutorial and attempting to bind the Pressed JS event of a Toggle Button to a Card.

According to the Tutorial I should get a list of services to bind to, of which Visible should be included.  Instead, there is just the title Services, but no services listed.

I have tried logging out and back in again, to no avail.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
