Can't load experiences with loclahost:2019 as experience service

Similar to: "Whoops! Error loading Experience (ERROR_UNKNOWN) - PTC Community

 

I have everything set up in my windows machine, when i publish experience with localhost the project appears at C:\ptc\studio-es-store\projects, but when i read the QR with mobile device it says "Whoops! Error loading Experience" where i can find logs or something¿?

    Hello,

     

    In device where is installed Vuforia View, in a web browser, runs this URL :

    http<s>://<hostname>:<port>/ExperienceService/ping

     

    Replace string between <> by right values of your environment.
