Can't work with Model Target

I can't get AR in work with Experience Service Server through Model Target. The same model works with both Thimg Mark and Spatial Target. Vuforia Studio version 8.3.1. and Experience Service Server version 7.4. Help me, please!

HI Asiya,

 

Are you running an on-prem ES? Model Targets are not currently supported for on-premises versions of the experience service. We are working to include this functionality to on-prem instances.
