Cannot publish experience with correct username and password, or use portal login.

I have tried to publish my experience but a pop up box shows which asks me for a username and password. When I use my PTC account username and password it does not work. I have tried changing my password and this still doesn't work. I cannot log into the portal login section either as it says my username or password is incorrect. What can I do?

Troubleshooting

I still had an old version of ThingWorx Studio installed. Once I uninstalled this and installed Vuforia Studio it worked fine.

Neither lead to anywhere.

@JonathonFowler Could you please confirm your Studio login ID ? I will also check internally if your Trial account is active or not.
