Cant access experience server

Hello,

My 30 days of trial have expired, but I have a partner account now.

When I try to publish an experience I get the error for my trial license having expired.

What do I have to do to fix this issue? and put my partner account into the vuforia studio that is installed on my PC?

Hi @acroce 

 

Try using the portal login within Studio with your new partner account credentials. This should reconfigure your instance to use your new Experience Service.

They are the same. I first asked for the trial. Then upgraded my whole ptc account to partner. If I log in again in studio like you suggested nothing changes.

If you log into https://trial.studio.vuforia.com/, does your trial still show as expired? If so, DM me your email used for your partner account and I will check internally on your server status.
