Can someone explain the difference between the card and popup widgets? Maybe give an example of when to use each.

in a nut shell popup is a container that popsup over whaever is on the screen. You can place other stuff in this container (grids, lables, images) and they will all show/hide with the popup. The Card lets you set up a tabbed 2D experience.
