creo product code

The creo product code in the "Getting Started with Thingworx Studio" pdf seems to be invalid.  That or it's just not working.  Any ideas?  Perhaps there's a better place to look for answers to this problem, but I can't seem to find it.

Samuel Joyce​:  Is this issue still open ? Did you tried using the PTC Installation Assistant to retrieve and install a license by downloading and running https://free-dl.ptc.com/install/setup.exe

Is there any other Creo product installed in your machine ?

Yes, the issue is still open, and yes, I did try the installer in the link. The screenshot I attached is from the very same installer showing the error.  No, there is no other creo product installed on my machine.
