Custom fonts in Hololens experiences

Hello community,

premise that custom font works good for 2D Mobile experiences, I have noticed that custom fonts don't work for Hololens experiences, even if the font has been installed on Hololens.

I have tried the same approach of 2d mobile experiences, but nothing happened.

 

Do you have any idea or suggetion?

Don't use custom fonts on the HL2.  They can work but most are very hard to read because they don't render very well.  We did a lot of testing and found that the simpler, blockier fonts like ariel are the easiest for users to read on the HL.

I also did a lot of test trying to almost visualize a custom font, but it remains always the default one.

I would like to try to visualize a custom one and see how it looks like, do you have any suggestion on how I can do that?
