Error while logging thingworx studio.

Hi PTC,

 

I have created an application in studio, but when i try to publish , Its getting published. Even when i try to login in the studio to configure, It's giving me the error as 'user name and password incorrect'... though i give correct credentials. please find the attachments for clear understanding.

Is this a Studio trail server?

@anisree It appears a trial Studio account however please confirm as rightly asked by @jmikesell . Also, provide Experience Service URL so that we can check internally if it got expired or not.

Hi,

 

fqhqfpgl.studio-trial.thingworx.io This is the ES url. It has 330days left. Still, please let me know why is this happening.
