Hi all,

We are trying to install Experience Service with SSO authentication.

We followed this article - Install the Experience Service on Windows (ptc.com)

During installation, we got an authentication error message.

Could some one help me to solve this issue

What if you set: ["NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED"] = 1 ?

you could try the solution in this article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS349346?source=search

Set the Environment Variable named NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED at the value 0
Obtain OAuth Access Token again and proceed with Vuforia Experience Service installation immediately after obtaining the token, because the access token may expire after a short period of time
Install Vuforia Experience Service
